My name is Audrey Cronin. In 2017 I  completed a Master in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Science. Prior to this I have completed a MA in Sociology (Youth, Community and Social Regeneration) in 2015 in
the University of Limerick . In 2012 I completed BA Hons in the University of Limerick. I have also completed Gottman Level I and II Couple Counselling, LGBT + awareness, Complex PTSD training, EMDR training, Safe talk and Understanding Self harm in 2018.

I have gained experience working in a residential addiction centre Cuan Mhuire Bruree, In Familes with men and women who are going through separations and divorces, Cantalk Mallow working with people who are going through bereavements and loss.

Currently I am working as a psychotherapist in a counselling and psychotherapy service in Limerick, dealing with clients who are currently suffering from Addiction issues, anxiety, bereavement, body image, bullying and harassment, coping skills, couples counselling, depression, divorce, family relationships, feeling overwhelmed and helpless, grieving, isolation, issues of confidence and self esteem, panic attacks, relationships issues, trauma, unable to talk to family and friends, work related issues. Experience working with clients, face to face, online, individual, group settings, couples, families I aim to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring whatever may arise during a session and work through the issue in a non judgmental safe therapeutic space.
